Here at Three Sixty, we think we work great as a team, but we all have very different lifestyles! Tom works well in the morning, David in the afternoon & Gina suits a 9-5 perfectly. However, David began to notice that certain aspects of his lifestyle were causing him to work harder and not smarter, and he often found himself in the office until silly o’clock, ordering a takeaway.
So, in October 2019, he decided to take the plunge and signed himself up for a 6 week challenge to lose 20 pounds! He started meal planning on a Sunday so his food for the week was set up, and eating at the same time every day.
He found that because he had gym classes booked in the evening, it
meant he had to leave the office at closer to 6pm than 10pm in order
to make it, altering his work-life balance for the better.
Fortunately, he nailed it & lost the 20 pounds!
After noticing what a difference his fitness journey made to his work life, he went and signed up for a 60 day challenge at the beginning of this year to lose another 20 pounds!
Watching David change his habits has emphasized to all of us here how important a healthy lifestyle is and the impact it can have on business. The 60 day challenge finishes on the 15th March 2020, so keep your eyes peeled for updates on David’s progress!
